Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the (water chestnut)singhada and cut into the wedges.now in a pan add oil,add cumin seeds,turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder, onion and tamarind chutney. mix it well.

* Step 2

Now add singhada and mix it again.now cook and cover with plate for 5 min on low flame. switch off the gas.

* Step 3

Now singhada sabzi is ready to serve with chapati.
