Ingredient

1/3 cup

curd

Water

oil

1 tsp

salt

1 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly,in a large mixing bowl take all-purpose flour,add sugar,add oil,mix it well.add salt,add kasuri methi,add baking soda,add curd,add water, and start to knead dough.knead and punch the dough well for at least 5 minutes.Further,grease the dough with oil,cover with moist cloth and rest for at least 2 hours.further,roll and get to a long shape.pinch the dough into medium sized balls.and then make balls between your palms.finally,roll the dough evenly into oval shape using rolling pin.

* Step 2

Gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin. make sure you do not make too thin nor thick. and also keep the size in mind. it should not be larger than your tawa size. grease with water over naan.furthermore, slowly flip over and put it on hot tawa and slightly press.

* Step 3

Now after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown. also brush with some butter/ghee gently scrape the naan from bottom and remove. finally, serve naan hot with your curry.
