It's a new dish and perfect dish for winter .as i have bajre ka aata so i tried with that.

Ingredient

gram flour

1/2 cup

wheat flour

1/2 cup

semolina

as needed

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add bajra aata,add gram flour,add wheat flour,add carom seeds,add cumin seeds,add karusi methi,add semolina,add salt,add water Mix it well properly.

* Step 2

Soft dough is ready. make balls and roll small puri. Now prick it with a knife. In a pan add oil and deep fry all the pooris.

* Step 3

Bajre ki mathri is ready.
