Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the ghee in a pan add the whole wheat flour and saute on a medium flame for 8-10 min. or till it turns brown in colour and the ghee seperates.

* Step 2

Add sugar, add cardamom powder, and water mix well and cook on a low flame for another 5 to 7 min.

* Step 3

Or till the sugar dissolves, while stirring continuously.aata halwa is ready.
