Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Separate the egg white and egg yolks in two separate bowl
* Step 2
Whisk till soft peaks form egg white now whisk till thick and creamy form egg yolks
* Step 3
Both are ready. Mix the whisked yolks with the white. Fold gently.
* Step 4
Now take a pan add chopped onion, add green chilli
* Step 5
Mix it well. Now add chopped tomato mix it again and cook for 1 min. Now tomato onion mixture is ready.
* Step 6
Now grease pan with butter and pour the egg mixture and evenly spread it.
* Step 7
Now top on tomato onion mixture and sprinkle black pepper and salt
* Step 8
Sprinkle red chilli powder and now cover with lid and cook for 5 min. on low flame. Now fluffy omellete is ready.
