Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil egg for 12_15 minutes,cool and peel.Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.Meanwhile take gram flour in a deep bowl.Mix all the ingredients exept oil.Add one cup water and mix the gram flour properly.Make a batter of dropping consistency so the egg pieces could be coated properly.Take out eggs from fridge and cut each egg into halves and set aside.Heat oil in a pan.Coat each egg piece into batter and fry on medium flame till golden.Fry 4 to 6 pieces at a time.Egg pakoda is ready.
