Whosayna’s Popitz/Pizza Cuppies

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First bind soft dough using all ingredients with warm water
* Step 2
Let it rise till it doubles in size
* Step 3
Punch back, knead well then make 15 balls
* Step 4
Roll them in puris (of roti thickness) then lay on greased cupcake tray
* Step 5
Let it rise for ten minutes (optional: then take another same tray and keep on it and press slightly)
* Step 6
Poke with fork so it does not puff up while baking
* Step 7
Then bake in oven on 200°C to pinkish colour
* Step 8
If using another tray to cover it, remove the top tray and let it cool
* Step 9
Then remove cuppies from the mould, and keep on another greased tray and keep aside
* Step 10
Now make sauce, can make sauce when dough is rested to double
* Step 11
Blend all (accept oregano) with quarte cup of water
* Step 12
Add oregano and keep on boil till it's fine paste
* Step 13
Remove and let it cool down
* Step 14
Pan fry chicken (or whatever meat topping you using) in a tablespoon of oil, with garlic paste, salt, tikka masala, chilli powder and turmeric powder

On each cuppies fill in one tablespoon of sauce and spread using glazing brush
* Step 16
Fill in little with little veggies
* Step 18
Put cheese and sprinkle little thyme
* Step 19
Bake on 200°C till cheese melts
