Beetroot Mixed Vegetable Raita
This is a one pot meal in itself with all the nutrition of vegetables, yoghurt, seeds and spices. A complete weight loss recipe with beetroot. Do try it and let me know your comments!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, assemble all the ingredients. Then whisk the yoghurt with salt, sugar and all other spices till creamy and smooth.
* Step 2
Then mix grated beetroot, carrot, chopped onion and cucumber, green chillies, ginger in a bowl. Then add this to the yoghurt.
* Step 3
Chill for 15 minutes. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy with Paratha, Pulao, Biryani or plain daal and rice.
