Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Let water boil with 2 tbsp of rice flour do not let it form dumplings as it boils, so stir, add rice flour little by little till dough is formed.
remove from flame.
keep tava on flame..
make a med sized ball from the dough and use your hands to make roti if it's sticky use water....
* Step 2
If u cant make using hands...
use 2 plastic paper squares keep one on your working table sprinkle rice flour on it then keep the ball and sprinkle flour on the ball place the other plastic on top of it and roll to round roti....
Remove roti from plastic then roast on tava both sides, remove in a plate and cover with kitchen cloth...
finish all the same way....
