Whosayna’s Pot Chicken Tikka

Ingredient

2 piece

chicken

1/2 cup

yogurt

to taste

salt

2 tbsp

cream

2 tsp

paprika

4 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all cream and masalas with to fne paste Put butter and oil in a pot keep on flame keep 2 pcs of charcoal underneath the pot so it burns Add mixture of cream in the pot and then add chicken keep on low flame and cover Let it cook til allmost done if it's very watery keep high flame and dry the gravy Remove from flame and switch off gas Take a small piece of foil mould in bowl

* Step 2

Then put 1 tsp ghee or butter in it lower it in the pot and put the burning coal on the ghee and cover the pot intact so smoke does not escape atleast keep for 15mins Serve with naans, chips or pasta...
