Crispy Green Beans

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 220c. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

* Step 2

In a shallow bowl mix the olive oil with the breadcrumbs until tne breadcrumbs are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 3

In another bowl beat the eggs with the milk.

* Step 4

This will need to be done in batches. Firstly dredge the beans in the flour, then dip in the eggs and finally toss to evenly coat in the breadcrumbs.

* Step 5

Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
