Pizza Toast

No measurements needed here, just add as much ingredients as needed per slice of bread.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the grill.

* Step 2

Lightly toast the bread in the toaster.

* Step 3

Spoon the toasted bread with pizza sauce. I made home made pizza sauce for these today.

* Step 4

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

* Step 5

Top with choice of toppings. I used pepperoni and sliced tomatoes on this occasion but any pizza toppings can be added.

* Step 6

Grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

* Step 7

Cut in half and serve.
