Bean Sprout Salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse the beans under water.

* Step 2

Bring a pot of of salted water to boiling point. Add the beans and boil for 1-2 minutes.

Drain the water and run the beans under cold water for a few minutes.

* Step 4

Squeeze the beans to remove any excess water. Put them in a bowl and add the seasoning. Mix well.
