Pork Belly in Sherry Marinade

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.

* Step 2

* Step 4

Place the pork belly in a bowl and coat well with the marinade. Allow to marinade for at least 4 hours. Preferably overnight to 48 hours for better flavours. Turning the meat once so that both sides are evenly marinaded.

* Step 5

Heat the coals or grill.

* Step 6

Drain from the marinade and cook on each side for 5-8 minutes or until fully cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
