Chicken Broth

Always tastes better when you make your own stock or broth. When you have left over bones and bits of cooked chicken and gravy freeze and save them to make a stock or broth to add to your cooking. This can also be made and stored in freezer.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a medium pan add all the ingredients together.

* Step 2

Over a medium to high heat bring to the boil.

* Step 3

Boil for 30-40 minutes uncovered. Occasionally stir.

* Step 4

When its simmered down enough, turn heat off and let it cool.

* Step 5

Use a sieve to strain and store in fridge until needed for use.
