Cobbler on the Barbecue

I made these a while back after seeing something similar on a cooking programme and they turned out amazing.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

30 mins
25 grams

butter

1 pinch

salt

1 handful

Coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

If you rinse your fish, dab it with some kitchen roll after to dry the fillets.

* Step 2

The fish will be cooked inside cooking foil on the barbecue.

* Step 3

Place the fish flat on foil

* Step 4

Then sprinkle with salt and the onions,

* Step 5

Drizzle with the lemon juice.

* Step 6

Add the butter.

* Step 7

Add the coriander whole.
Image step 7

* Step 8

Lastly rap the fish in the foil. (picture bellow)

Reserve in fridge until its time to cook.

* Step 10

When ready to cook place the rapped parcel on the barbecue grill and cook for about 20 minutes.

Be careful when you open the foil because all the steam will come out.
