Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 160 Celsius.
* Step 2
They say you shouldn't wash the mushrooms because they absorb all the water and only to brush them but I'm one of those people that has to wash everything before I cook it.
* Step 3
Once you've chosen your method of cleaning the mushrooms place them in a shallow oven proof dish.
* Step 4
Coat the mushrooms in the olive oil and salt.
* Step 5
Bake for 50-60 minutes on low temperature.
