Whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.

In separate bowl, cream butter and white sugar until smooth.

Mix in flour mixture prepared in step two on low speed.

Cover 9-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and flatten cookie dough.

Bake for 25-30 min; rotate pan after first 15 min.
* Step 10
Let cool on rack for at least 15 minutes before eating.
