Blueberry Pie

It's a Gluten free pastry with homemade sourcream and fresh blueberrys. I follow the recipe from Hiroko Liston.

Ingredient

brown sugar

GF flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, mix the butter with the egg yolk and the sugar untill have a smooth cream, after that, mix these with the flour untill have a dough. With the help of your hands expand the pastry in the pie mold.

* Step 2

In a bowl, add the sourcream, the egg, the flour and the sugar and mix it well. Warm the mixture a minut. In the pastry add the bluberrys and all the sourcream mix, untill cover all the berrys.

* Step 3

Pre-heat the oven at 190°C and add the pie and let it bake for 40 min. Enjoy it warm or cold. I try It both and I like it cold.
