Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and chop all vegetables
* Step 2
Heat 1Tbsp Olive Oil in Dutch oven
* Step 3
Add Onion, Carrot, Celery & Garlic to pot and cook on Med/High for 5 min or until onions become translucent
* Step 4
Add chicken stock to pot, cover and bring to boil.
* Step 5
Add Orzo, Basil, Oregano, Parsley, Salt & Pepper
* Step 6
Pour one tsp of oil from jar of Calabrian Chili's into pot and cover. Cook 8-10 min stirring occasionally until Orzo is tender.
* Step 7
Lower heat and add meatballs and spinach to pot. Simmer 10 minutes or until meatballs are heated through and spinach is wilted.
