Tawa paneer is a dry curry recipe made on tawa with pav bhaji masala. It is generally made at streets as street food and may be served as starter cum appetizer. This is a simple and spicy dish which can be prepared within few minutes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for marinating the paneer.
* Step 2
Add paneer cubes in it and mix it well and rest for 20 minutes.
* Step 3
Then heat a tawa and put oil in it and roast the marinated paneer till they become golden in colour and keep them aside.
* Step 4
Then in the same tawa put oil and butter in it and add cumin seeds in it.
* Step 5
When they crackle then add the chopped onion in it and fry till they become golden brown in colour.
* Step 6
Then add ginger garlic paste in it and when the raw smell of garlic has gone then add the chopped capsicum in it.
* Step 7
Then add the turmeric powder, chilli powder,salt and pav bhaji masala in it.
* Step 8
Mix it well and add then add tomato puree in it and cook till it becomes a little dry and then add water in it and allow it to boil.
* Step 9
Then add the paneer cubes in it. Mix it well and again cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 10
Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
* Step 11
Now your tawa paneer is ready.
* Step 12
Serve hot with roti, Paratha or naan or as a starter dish by garnishing with some chopped coriander leaves.
