Tea masala bread steam cake is a delicious cake. The speciality of this cake is it is prepared by the steaming technique not by baking. Another speciality of this cake is no essence is added in this cake batter, only tea masala is added which can give you a nice aroma of the cake. Due to the addition of tea masala it enhances both the taste and flavour of the cake.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the brown breads and grind them to make bread crumbs.
* Step 2
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
* Step 3
Then add the wet ingredients.
* Step 4
Then add the baking powder, baking soda and tea masala in it and make batter which is neither too thick nor too thin.
* Step 5
Grease a cake tin with butter and then dust some flour in it.
* Step 6
Pour the batter in it and then garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.

Heat a pressure cooker or steamer with water and place the tin in it.
* Step 8
Cover the lid of the cooker without weighing the whistle.
* Step 9
Steam it for 40 minutes in low flame.

After that open the lid and check it with the help of a toothpick whether it is perfectly steamed or not.

If it comes out clearly Then it is perfectly steamed. Then switch off the flame.

After cooling down demould it.
