Sweet corn moong dal dosa

This is so healthy protein packed dosa and is so yummy also. It can be served as breakfast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak green moong dal for 3 hours. Then get ready all the ingredients together.
* Step 2
Grind them together to make a smooth batter.
* Step 3
Then add coriander leaves, cumin seeds,salt and oil in it.
* Step 4
Mix it well. The batter is now ready. Brush a tawa with oil and pour the batter and spread it to make dosa.
* Step 5
Cook both the sides of the dosa till a little brown in colour.
* Step 6
Now your Sweet corn moong dal dosa is ready. Serve hot.
