Sweet corn moong dal dosa

#goldenapron This is so healthy protein packed dosa and is so yummy also. It can be served as breakfast.

Ingredient

green dal

1/4 cup

semolina

7-8 cloves

garlic

1 inch

ginger

As per taste

Salt

2 tsp

oil

As required

Oil for brushing

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak green moong dal for 3 hours. Then get ready all the ingredients together.

Grind them together to make a smooth batter.

Then add coriander leaves, cumin seeds,salt and oil in it.

Mix it well. The batter is now ready. Brush a tawa with oil and pour the batter and spread it to make dosa.

Cook both the sides of the dosa till a little brown in colour.
