Noodle masala rice

#goldenapron #week24 Noodle masala rice is a quick yummy one pot meal.

cooked rice

2 tsp

oil

1/2 tsp

panch phoran

1 pinch

asafoetida

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a wok or pan and put oil and panch phoran in it.

When they crackle then add asafoetida, chopped onion, red chilli, green chilli and cashew nuts and stir it for 2 minutes.

Then add the noodle masala, turmeric powder and salt and mix it well.

Add the cooked rice in it.

* Step 5

Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes in low flame add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Your noodle masala rice is now ready and serve hot.
