#resolutions This is a traditional fish curry recipe.It is a very healthy and tasty recipe in which the head of the fish is cooked with other veggies and chana dal.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

10-12 minutes
8-9 cloves

ginger

1/2 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare the masala paste.

* Step 2

Heat a pressure cooker put oil in it.

* Step 3

Add the chopped onion into it and when they become translucent then add all the masala paste along with turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and cook for sometimes.

* Step 4

Then add the chopped tomato when it cooked completely then add other veggies along with the chana dal and cook for sometimes.

* Step 5

Then add little water and cover the lid of the pressure cooker and cook it till one whistle.

* Step 6

Open the lid and then add the fried fish head by breaking it into small pieces and mix it well and again cook it for 3-4 minute in low flame.

* Step 7

Switch off the flame and add some chopped coriander leaves into it.

* Step 8

Serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
