Nariyal chana dal vada

This yummy and crunchy vadas are perfect for evening snacks in rainy and winter season. I have done this without onion and garlic. You may try it also with onion and garlic.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the chana dal for approximately 2 hour.
* Step 2
Then grind chana dal with grated coconut.
* Step 3
Mix the remaining ingredients except oil with it.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a kadai and dip fry by making the batter in vada shapes in medium to low flame.
* Step 5
Switch off the flame and garnish with some chilli flakes,chopped coriander leaves and black salt and serve hot with any ketchup.
