Crispy Shallow Fried Courgettes/Zucchini..Super Amazing (•ิ_•ิ)
My Italian friend told me about this last night so I had a bit of spare time, was bit hungry before lunch so gave it a try. A bit messy but super yummy & worth it. I got my portion to 108 calories. May be better deep fried in corn oil & best eaten as soon as they are cooked.
Cooking instructions
* Step 4
Dip courgette slices in egg then coat with the flour mix.
* Step 5
Shallow fry with 1 cal turning over or deep fry in corn oil until golden brown & crispy.
