Trying Courgettes/zuchinni for the 1st time. Always as always trying new soups. This is amazingly different & extremely healthy in many many ways & cheap. Plus a bonus of 48 calories, YES 48 CALORIES per serving. What more can you want?? A sort of sweet ish soup with a twist!...I named it as in DARE YOU TO TRY IT.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all veg to the pan. I used an 8 in 1
* Step 3
Crumble stock cube, sprinkle on spices
* Step 4
Give it a good stir, pop on lid, medium heat...I set it on 140°. Leave for about 30 minutes.
* Step 5
When vegs are soft, turn off heat & let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then blend with a stick blender.
* Step 6
Divide into bowls..I got 6 at 350ml....
* Step 7
Serve or Cool, lid & keep in fridge. Should last for up to 7 days. Irmgards
