Chili lime COD
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven 450°. Add cod to a baking dish. Sprinkle chili pepper, Italian seasoning, salt pepper. Bake 6 minutes or so.
* Step 2
While cod is baking, get a small sauce pot and melt butter. Add cumin and lime juice to pot and whisk together
* Step 3
Pour over cod and bake another couple minutes till done. Scoop sauce over while baking and before plating. Enjoy
