Broccoli tots

My 4 year old loves them. I put parmesan and ketchup for her to dip them in.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. While waiting for water to heat up. Cut up broccoli into spears. You can leave them large. Makes chopping them easier

Add to pot. Boil for about 5 minutes.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Chop broccoli as fine as you can. Its ok to have small bits of stem but not to many.

In a large mixing bowl add bread crumbs, cheese, onion, panko, salt pepper

Add broccoli to the bowl. Crack open eggs and mix with your hands to combine ingredients.

Put about 1 1/2 tbls of mix in your palm and form your tots. Make sure to clean your hands every so often to help with the forming process. Place them on a greased baking dish or parchment paper

* Step 8

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Flip tots half way through. U could do 1/4 turns every 7 minutes to get them crispy on all side. Up to you
