10 minute honey glazed shrimp&broccoli
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinade your shrimp with half of the ingredients. If your in a real hurry you can skip this step to keep it under 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Place broccoli in a bowl. Add a couple tbls of water to the bowl and throw into the microwave. Cook for 2 minutes. Mix up broccoli a bit, then 30 seconds more
* Step 4
While broccoli is cooking, heat a pan on high with oil and add shrimp. If you marinade the shrimp, drain liquid before adding. Cook 3 to 4 minutes flipping shrimp
* Step 5
Drain water from bowl, add broccoli. Cook about a minute.
* Step 6
Add the rest of the sauce and stir in till heated. I added sesame seeds on top and serve over rice. Or low carb, serve over zoodles.
