Mushroom quinoa pilaf

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook your quinoa. 1 to 2 ratio. Make sure to clean quinoa. Boil quinoa and water together. When the water has evoporated down to level of quinoa, put lid on and simmer for 17 minute's. Fluff with fork. I use chicken stock to add flavor
* Step 2
While quinoa is simmering, chopp your veggies.
* Step 3
Oil your pan, med heat add veggies. Cook till softened. Depending on what veggies you use, takes about 5-10 min
* Step 4
Add quinoa and fold in. Cook a couple of minutes. Enjoy
