Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven 375. Grease a baking dish. Cut slits in chicken breast, about every1 inch or so. Sauté diced shallot and garlic in a pan
* Step 2
Stuff some cheese in the slits.
* Step 3
Mix shallots and spinach together. Salt pepper to taste.Then add spinach
* Step 4
Top with bacon crumbs and parmesan cheese. Add in oven and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
