Baked Ranch Chicken Thighs
Easy, crunchy, delicious Baked Ranch Chicken Thighs are a super simple baked chicken thigh recipe everyone loves that's bursting with ranch flavor in only five ingredients! Low carb, mess free, a deliciously crunchy crust, in a huge family favorite that is sure to make anyone a fan of chicken thighs in under 40 minutes!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
* Step 2
Cover a baking sheet in foil, non-stick side up.
* Step 3
Place the chicken thighs on baking sheet with the fattest side up.
* Step 4
Generously season with salt and pepper.
* Step 5
Bake chicken for 25 minutes, when skin has started to crisp.
* Step 6
In a small bowl, combine the dressing mix with the olive oil and minced garlic and blend. If needed add the lemon juice to thin mixture.
* Step 7
Brush the ranch and oil mixture over the chicken thighs.
* Step 8
Continue to cook chicken in oven until crispy and golden brown and internal temperature reads 165 degrees.
* Step 9
To get a tiny bit more crunch broil for 5 minutes watching your chicken closely so it doesn't burn.
* Step 10
Serve with bulgur wheat, salad, rice, kimchi, broccoli and more.
