Bread rolls we all make but try this one it really taste yummy and crispy no deep frying very healthy also

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First boiled the potatoes and smashed it nicely. Next heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic,oregano and red chilli flakes.
* Step 2
Next add chopped onion saute it till it becomes soft and light brown in colour, and then add chopped capcicum mix well along with that add all the spices and salt saute for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Next add boiled potatoes and mix nicely with the spices and keep of a minute on low flame take out and keep aside to cool down.Next take bread slices cut the sides of the bread and roll.down flat with a rolling pin make same way all the slices and keep ready.Take a small bowl add tomato sauce and mayonnaise and mix together.
* Step 4
Now spread the sauce on each slice and and place some prepared stuffing and roll it.Make all the rolls same way because of mayonnaise and tomato sauce it will get stick well at the end otherwise you can use water on the sides to stick.
* Step 5
Next melt butter and add oregano and chilli flakes, and brush all over the roll it will give a nice taste and bake in oven for at least 15 minutes on 180° so that the bread will become crispy.
* Step 6
Serve this hot rolls with green chutney or tomato sauce which taste yummy.
