Cooking instructions

Empty tomato from the centre with the help of a spoon gently

Take out the puree and keep aside to use in main stuffing

Now boil soya chunks with adding some salt to it

Drain and take out the water by squeezing the chunks

And grind only once for this much thickness

Heat pan add oil and add onion and fry till get little brown and add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute

Add schezwan chutney to it

Now add soya chunks and mix well with all spices
* Step 13
Add half cup water so that everything gets cook well with all the spices
* Step 14
Grease tomato with oil from outside
* Step 15
Add the stuffing inside properly
* Step 16
Use cheez slice to cover or grated cheez
* Step 17
Keep.im oven or otg for 10minutes on 200°
* Step 18
Your cheezy soya stuff tomato is ready to eat
