Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a potatoes and green peas for Boling.
* Step 2
Boil potatoes and green peas with 4-5 whistles in pressure cooker.
* Step 3
Now add all spices to boiled potatoes and green peas.
* Step 4
And then proper mix it well. And keep aside.
* Step 5
Then prepare roti dough.take a bowl and add wheat flour, oil, salt and water and make a soft dough.
* Step 7
And stuff in aloo and green peas mixture and cover dough and again rolling roti.
* Step 8
And add oil/ghee/ Butter add in tawa and frying well until cooked and dark brown spots apper.
* Step 9
And ready to serve with sauce, chutney and dahi.
