Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First u can start chopping onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves and keep them aside.

* Step 2

Then, take a pan and heat it on medium flame and add of refined oil. Once the oil gets heated, add some cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add some onions, sprinkle some turmeric powder and saute this mixture for at least 4 minutes.

* Step 3

Then add some matki beans and ginger-garlic paste to the mixture. Saute this mixture until the ingredients are roasted well. You can also use sprouted moth beans rather than using sprouted beans to prepare this dish. Now, add coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder and tomatoes to the pan and cook until you get a soft mixture. Then, add 4 cups of the water in the pan and cook until the sprouted beans are soft enough.

* Step 4

Once done garnish the Misal with some lemon wedges, coriander leaves, chopped onion and with some pav.
