Peanuts and sesame ladoo
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add peanuts and roasted on medium gas for 15 min.a fry pan add peanuts, dry roast until black spots appear here and there. It starts to crack out and becomes crisp in few mins.Switch off.
* Step 2
Take sesame in a pan and roast till golden brown.To a mixer jar add roasted and cleaned peanuts, sesame seeds and jaggery.
* Step 3
First grind it to coarse mixture. Do not run the mixie at a stretch, give intervals and run.Grind further and it will start to come together.
* Step 4
Round shaping ladoo prepare.
