Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a big bowl and add cooked rice, boiled mashed potatoes, paneer and green chutney and mix it well.

* Step 2

And then add chopped tomatoes,onion,capsicum and mix it well.

* Step 3

And add breadcrumbs,salt,garam masala, green chilli paste and ginger garlic paste.

* Step 4

And add corn flour. mix it well.

* Step 5

Makes medium size kebabs..

* Step 6

One by one prepared all kebabs.

* Step 7

Fry till it becomes light brown.

* Step 8

And serve hot.

* Step 9

Garnish with coriander leaves,lemon slice and green chillies.
