Stuffed Dal dhokli
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead the flour into a smooth dough. Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds when it starts crackling add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.cook it well.add smashed potatoes, granted carrot, green peas mix it well. Take a pressure cooker add the Dal,water and sugar and salt.pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.
* Step 2
Take a rolling pin and board. Take small part of dough roll it.add little amount of stuffing. And roll it. Like a momo. Take out the Dal from the cooker and smach it well with hand blender.
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, red chilli and curry leaves. Add chopped onion and garlic ginger paste. Cook it well add Chopped tomatoes in it. Now add the Dal mix it well. Add 2 cups of water to the Dal Tamarind pulp and jaggery sugar. Bring it to a boil. Now add the stuffed dhokli into it. Cook it well till the dhokli floats to the top. Serve it hot.
