Ingredient

300 g

potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and chop the veggies, approx 3 cm thick.

* Step 2

Boil the veggies around 30 minutes at mid-high heat.

* Step 3

Strain the veggies and serve the portions. Add olive oil, salt and black pepper. We like it also with aromatic herbs on top.

* Step 4

Enjoy!!
