Rose Pudding

Ingredient

1 litre

milk

2.5 teaspoon

rose water

1/2 cup

sugar

1 teaspoon

vanilla extract

1/3 cup

cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon

cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In 1 cup milk, dissolve cornstarch completely

* Step 2

Boil remaining milk with sugar and cinnamon on medium heat

* Step 3

Once milk simmers, add corn slurry. mix well

* Step 4

Stir continuously bringing milk to boil on high heat. it will take 2-3 minutes. switch off.allow to cool to room temperature

* Step 5

Add vanilla extract and rose water. mix well. Pour in serving bowls

* Step 6

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-5 hours

* Step 7

Garnish with almonds, pista and rose petals. serve cold
