Malai Mushroom Peas Curry

#winter Easy simple to make, this curry is delicious in taste and tastes best with roti naan or pulao

Ingredient

1/2 cup

Peas

3-4 tbsp

Cream

1/4 tsp

Cumin seeds

2 tbsp

Oil

1/2-3/4 cup

Water

1/8 tsp

Turmeric

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds

* Step 2

Add green chilli and onions, saute until translucent

* Step 3

Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma goes away

* Step 4

Add tomato puree and spice powders. saute until oil seperates

* Step 5

Add salt and mix well

* Step 6

Add mushrooms and peas, gently mix

* Step 7

Add water, bring to boil

* Step 8

Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes

* Step 9

Add kasuri methi and cream. mix well. cook for 30-40 seconds

* Step 10

Garnish with cream and coriander leaves. serve hot
