Roasted chicken thighs

A wonderful meal to bring to your table. So full of flavor, this roasted delight served with any side will be a family favorite

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oven to 375°F.

* Step 2

In a large bowl combine all ingredients together except tomatoes.

* Step 3

Transfer to large roasting pan.

* Step 4

Cook covered for 20 minutes. Then uncover , raise temperature to 400°F, add tomatoes and cook additional 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.
