Ingredient

Besan

3/4 tsp

Turmeric

1 tsp

Ajwain

4 tbsp

hot Oil

1 tsp

Water

3/4 tsp

Hing

to taste

Salt

for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add 1tsp water. grind rice to fine paste

There should be no lumps in rice paste.Knead mixture well

Add besan, salt, masalas to rice

Make small well, add hot oil

* Step 5

Mix with spoon

Once slightly cooled, knead dough

* Step 7

Grease mould with oil and add rice mix in mould

Heat oil well. on low flame, using mould make sev

* Step 9

Fry on high flame until golden brown

Allow excess oil to be absorbed. store in air tight container on cooling
