Chunky Smoked Sausage Corn 🌽 Chowder
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat some olive oil in a pot ….
* Step 2
Sauté your chopped onion and minced garlic in the olive oil ….
* Step 3
Add in your smoked sausage and continue to sauté until sausage is slightly browned…….
* Step 4
Place your sliced potatoes into pot and sauté for several minutes……
* Step 5
Add to pot your chicken broth, black pepper, crushed red pepper and paprika, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally…….Continue to cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes……..
* Step 6
Add in your frozen corn and cook, stirring occasionally, until corn is heated through ……
* Step 7
Lower heat and add in your heavy cream, heat through but DO NOT BOIL …..!!!!!! 😁
* Step 8
Spoon into serving bowls and enjoy 😉!!!!
