Spinach & corn rice

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, boil the spinach leaves and then blanch it.

* Step 2

In a mixer, grind smooth mixture of blanched spinach + chilli+ coriander leaves.

* Step 3

In a pan, add olive oil + garlic + cumin seeds. Sauté it. Now add onion as well

* Step 4

Add chilli powder + turmeric + coriander powder + cumin powder. Sauté it and then add spinach purée. Let it boil. Add green peas and corn along with salt and sugar

* Step 5

Now add cooler basmati rice to the mixture. Add garam masala + lemon conc. Adjust the salt. Serve it with gravy or raita
