Surprise Pakoda with Crisp potato skin and caramelized onion dip

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pakode ki filling banaane ke liye, 1 avocado mash kar lein. Usmein daalein 1 cup kasa hua gaajar, 1 cup ubaali aur mixer mein kasii hui makai aur mix kar lein. Fir dalein swaadanusaar namak, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp chini, 1 tbsp nimbu ka ras aur acche se mila lein.

* Step 2

Aalu ko 10-15 minute half boil karke uske slice kar lein. Do slice ke biich mein 1-2 tbsp filling ko bhare aur acche se dabaa lein. Saare alu ke slices tayyar kar lein aur 10-15 minutes fridge mein rakhein set hone ke liye.

* Step 3

Coating ka batter banaane ke liye 1 bowl bhigoyi hui moong daal aur urad daal, 1 cup baarik kataa huaa dhaniya patta, 1 tbsp adrak lehsun ki paste, 1 tsp chini, 2 hari mirch, 1 tsp saabut jeera aur swaadanusaar namak daalke gaadha piis lein.

* Step 4

Kadhai mein tel garam kar lein. Coating ke batter mein 1 tsp baking soda dalein aur milaa lein. Filled aalu ke slices ko coating ke batter mein duboke deep fry kar lein. Pakode tayyar hain.

* Step 5

Dip banaane ke liye pan mein 1 tbsp butter pighala lein. Usmein dalein 1 cup baarik kataa hua pyazz aur caramelize kar lein. Fir dalein swaadanusaar namak, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp chini aur acche se mila lein. Gas band karein aur mishran ko thanda hone dein. Thanda hone ke baad usmein dalein 2 tbsp khatta cream aur mix karein. Dip tayyar hain.

* Step 6

Crisp potato skin banaane ke liye 1 aalu ke chilke ko 1 tsp kaali miri powder, swaadanusaar namak, 1 tbsp tel aur 1 tsp red chili flakes mein acche se ghol lein. Pre-heated oven mein 180-200 degrees par skins ko crisp hone tak rakhein. Tayyar hone ke baad baahar nikaale.

* Step 7

Surprise pakodo ko crisp potato skin aur caramelized onion dip ke saath garma garam parose.
