Egg Free Buckwheat Banana Bread 🍌

A nice way to use up ripe bananas 🍌 and old bags of flour from the back of your cupboards. A healthy (ish), #glutenfree #vegan recipe.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a baking tin with parchment paper.

* Step 2

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. I used my fingers to break up any lumps of brown sugar.

Mash the bananas in a separate bowl the whisk in the oil and milk.

* Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, I find it helpful to make a well in the dry ingredients and slowly incorporate the two together.

* Step 5

Pour the batter into your tin and bake for 30 mins or until golden and firm in the surface. Cut a slice while it’s still warm and drizzle with honey as your reward!
